Drawing means to draw on interior and exterior stimuli.  To draw out that which is hidden, it is a process of manifestation, of divination.  Drawing is an abstract non-verbal language that directly communicates both inner states and invisible dialogues.

In drawing the process is integral to the result.  Here construction marks contribute to the whole, illustrating the texture of the experience. The result may be considered valuable if the experience of making it has been a powerful one.

Drawing means to begin without preconceptions or assumptions of subject and style, even without notions of figuration or abstraction.  To be valid these structures need to present themselves as vital components of the whole.

The drawing communicates through the nuances of decision making, both good and bad, these allow it to communicate directly to the viewer the journey of the artist.  The drawing has transformative power and is far more than illustration or decoration, it is a mandala, a meditative tool for the tuning of the psyche.

Good drawing should make you happier; a better person, even a better cook or lover by revealing a model for applied problem solving.  Drawing, like handwriting expresses something essential and universal about the human condition.
